About the questionnaire, scoring and its limits
An original preference reflection, not the official MBTI assessment
This tool draws on a four-dimension personality preference framework and uses 48 original questions. It is not affiliated with the official MBTI assessment or its providers and has not undergone standardized psychometric validation. Use it for reflection, not diagnosis, hiring decisions or major life decisions.
Both ends of each preference have value
Each dimension has 12 equally weighted items covering both preferences, with five response options. Percentages show the tendency in your answers, not accuracy, ability or population frequency. Near-midpoint results are marked balanced; an exact tie shows X and possible types rather than forcing a category.
Consistent scoring, room for change
Within the same questionnaire and reading version, identical inputs produce identical results. Your answers may change with context, life stage or self-understanding. The type library and connection guides offer reflection and practice, not guarantees about careers, relationships or the future.
Personality is a starting point for understanding, not a limit on who you can become.
